Orders
All our payments are secure via the best platforms: STRIPE and MOLLIE . Your payment data is encrypted and secure. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

Paying by card scares you, despite the security of our payments, you can then pay via bank transfer by choosing this payment method when placing your order.
Payment through this method may be delayed by a few working days as we will only be able to process your order upon receipt of funds in the bank account.
Proof of payment and transfer are not accepted.
It is not obligatory to create an account in order to order on the site.
You can place your order in guest mode, however we need as much information as possible to be able to process your order.
However, creating a customer account will allow you to save all your data in the event of a future order, create wish lists, track the status of your orders, be able to recommend the same baskets, etc.

Your full first and last names to be able to identify you and for the delivery service to agree to deliver to you. Indeed, for obvious reasons of confidentiality, we only opt for hand deliveries. The delivery person may require proof of identity and/or a signature if applicable. This is why it is in your interest not to use a nickname or pseudonym.

The GSM number is optional, but can be extremely useful in being able to communicate with you quickly.

Discount codes must be entered when ordering in the basket, in the dedicated section. They may be case sensitive: if this was communicated to you in capital letters, transcribe it as is. They never contain spaces.

Delivery
- You can choose to order online and pay online, then request collection from the LOVELY SINS store, located rue DES DAMES BLANCHES, 40 in 5000 NAMUR.
- To do this, you must check the delivery method “ Collection from the Lovely Sins store ” during the dedicated step in the order process.
- This option is free and can, if necessary, allow you to reserve a highly requested item or simply avoid you having to linger in the store if you lack time or the desire.
- Please note, however , that collection from the store is not always immediate ; you must wait for an order confirmation and a collection notification letting you know that your order is ready to be collected from the store.
- The store is open Monday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Orders are shipped via our 4 carriers:
- BPOST

- MONDIAL RELAY
Here are the different delivery terms and conditions.
You can choose home delivery with most carriers (except Mondial Relay).
All carriers offer a delivery service to a relay point / parcel shop or cubee locker.
Delivery to a relay point, a local store or even a locker (parcel box) are options available from our three carriers.
The choice of relay points will only be submitted to you after confirmation of your payment.
Here is the list of relay points available by carrier:
- Our packages are shipped in strong (triple-corrugated) neutral kraft boxes.
- They are neither printed nor marked in any way, even the adhesive used to seal them is neutral and completely transparent.
- Furthermore, for the sake of confidentiality, the shipping labels do not bear the explicit mention of the sender "LOVELY SINS" but of the name of the company holding the brand name, namely "KLAK SRL".
- Our packages require the recipient's signature, however they can be delivered to another address, left in a secure location or re-routed to a relay point under your prior instructions. These options may vary depending on the carrier chosen.
- Finally, if you fear that your package could be opened, accidentally or intentionally, by a third person, please note that you are always free to request "gift wrapping" in the options offered or by mentioning it in the comment field at the time. to place your order.
- Packaged in this way, your package will even resist the onslaught of curiosity.
When you finalize payment for your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation .
This is valid for all payment options except for payment by bank transfer. A notification will be sent to you by email upon receipt of funds in our account. (Note that transaction times may vary depending on the bank).

You can track your order online on the chosen carrier's website by entering the tracking number provided at the time of shipment. This is taken over by us in our dispatch confirmations with a direct link or in a separate e-mail from the carrier.

Returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days (date of receipt) to request an exchange or refund of your order .
- The products must reach us in their original condition, unused and in their intact packaging. In some cases, a seal label will be placed on the items. In the event of a return, this label must remain intact, otherwise we will be obliged to refuse your return in strict concern for hygiene.
- Furthermore, lingerie items cannot be exchanged either for the same hygiene reasons . Refunds are made on request, either by transfer or by credit on the next order.
- For any defects, we would be grateful if you could test your batteries before sending them to the return service or contact Customer Service who could, if necessary, help you resolve the problem. If the problem persists, you will need to contact Customer Service first in order to approve the return procedure. Please note that shipping costs to our headquarters are entirely your responsibility. In the event of a return not approved by our services, or if it is established that you are responsible for the damage caused to the device, following improper use, or if there is no defect noted, the The item will be reshipped at your expense.
