Our general conditions of sale
The provisions below constitute a contract establishing the general conditions of sale of products from the website www.lovelysins.com, concluded between Lovely Sins / KLAK SRL and an adult consumer acting separately, hereinafter referred to as the customer.
The prices of the items are indicated in Euro including VAT (all taxes included) excluding shipping costs. All transactions carried out on our e-shop are invoiced in Euro. Prices are valid for the current month. Prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date but the company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items will be invoiced based on prices in effect at the time the orders are processed, subject to availability in stock at that time. Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of Lovely Sins, until full receipt of the transaction amount.
Secure payments via the STRIPE platforms. Today, it is one of the most efficient, fast and secure means of online payment. Your banking data is encrypted via the protocol (SSL) from your navigation station and then routed directly to the site of your payment provider or to your bank which decrypts it and manages the direct debit authorizations. Encryption codes are extremely secure. The result is therefore that: - your bank card number does not circulate on the Internet without encryption; - the site www.lovelysins.com does not receive your banking information, they will therefore be requested for each new transaction.
Furthermore, for greater discretion, the amounts debited on your account statement will bear the name of a company called “KLAK SPRL” instead of “LOVELY SINS”. You also have the option to pay for your purchases by bank transfer (valid for accounts in Belgium only). Note, however, that this method may cause a few days of additional delay before receipt of funds.
Data transfer is also secure. Visa / MasterCard / American Express Payment for your credit card transactions is also subject to encryption. The transfer of your bank details is secure and the risk of fraud is minimized thanks to a trusted partner (STRIPE).
Paypal If you already have a Paypal account, you can make your payment using this secure system which serves as an interface between our site and your bank, without your banking details passing through our site.
Except in exceptional cases, and for products available in stock immediately, packages are prepared the same day in our premises (for all orders placed before 7 p.m. on working days) and shipped the same day (for orders placed before 12 p.m.) or on next day (for others). The order numbers as well as the expected delivery date are notified to you by email. All your orders placed over the weekend (from Friday 7 p.m. to Sunday inclusive) will generally be processed and shipped on Monday morning.
When ordering, be sure to fill in the “address” fields correctly, taking care not to overlook any details that could help the carrier deliver your package within the expected time frame. So, do not hesitate to indicate the name on the doorbell, the name of the building or residence, or the building number or any particulars concerning your address in order to guarantee rapid delivery to your home.
Lovely Sins cannot be held responsible for any false or incomplete address that does not allow delivery of the package as well as for any theft or damage to your package. In case of absence when presenting the package to your home, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox, which will allow you to request a representation of it. Please note, however, that the package can only be represented twice, after which it is returned to our Shipping Department.
You will then have to pay the related shipping costs again in order to schedule a new shipment. The carrier's delivery times are given as an indication and are calculated from the time the order is sent by our Shipping Department.
Lovely Sins cannot be held responsible for delays due to carrier strikes or other unforeseen circumstances provided for by legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise.

Paying by card scares you, despite the security of our payments, you can then pay via bank transfer by choosing this payment method when placing your order.
Payment through this method may be delayed by a few working days as we will only be able to process your order upon receipt of funds in the bank account.
Proof of payment and transfer are not accepted.
Orders are shipped in a discreet, reinforced box in which the products are protected, preventing them from any deterioration. There is no external sign to identify the contents of the package. The packages are sent with the mention KLAK sprl as sender, at no time will “Lovely Sins” appear on the package, thus guaranteeing total discretion.
The customer's contact details (address, email, telephone) will be used for shipping purposes only and Lovely Sins undertakes not to transmit them to any third party.

The availability of products in stock is indicated in real time on the product sheet for information purposes only. In the event of exceptional unavailability or an unusually delayed delivery time, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Each package is delivered against signature (Conditions of the carrier) and cannot, for reasons of confidentiality, be given to a third person (unless otherwise requested by the customer which must be mentioned in the "comments" section when ordering). In accordance with Belgian legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order (tracking by the carrier as proof). If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases. Other items not permitted for return: * Gift cards * Downloadable software * Certain health and personal care products To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable) * Books showing obvious signs of use * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened. * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part. *Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days. Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to officially post. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time. Sale or promotional items (if applicable) Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email to adnane@lovelysins.com and send your item to: Rue des dames Blanches, 40, Namur, Namur, 5000, Belgium. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift. Shipping To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: Rue des dames Blanches, 40, Namur, Namur, 5000, Belgium. The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
The products offered comply with Belgian legislation and the standards applied in the European Economic Area. Of course, for any questions about the products you can contact our customer service. The photographs, graphics and texts illustrating the products are not contractual. Consequently, Lovely Sins cannot be held liable in the event of an error, omission or modification of the characteristics of the products by the supplier. The site www.lovelysins.com cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services, carriers, means transport and communication, floods, fires, shortages, natural disasters, war, riots, insurrection, etc.
Lovely Sins undertakes not to disclose the customer's personal information to third parties. They will be processed exclusively internally for the sole purpose of processing orders. In accordance with national and European laws relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal information concerning him. All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the Lovely Sins site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights. Any use other than private use without prior written authorization from the company constitutes counterfeiting and is punishable under the laws in force protecting intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of the content published by Lovely Sins on its site or any other electronic media emanating from it is strictly prohibited, without prior agreement.
In the event that one of these general conditions of sale was declared inapplicable, the application of the other provisions would not be called into question and a modification would only affect that in question.
These general conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law and may be modified at any time without notice. Any dispute can be resolved through our Customer Service and in the absence of an amicable settlement, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court. However, lovelysins.com reserves the right to summon the customer before the court in whose jurisdiction his domicile is located.
The validation of your order and its confirmation automatically entail your acceptance of its content as well as the general conditions of sale of www.lovelysins.com.
The products sold on this site are intended for use between consenting adults, as specified in their respective instructions for use, while respecting anatomy and the human body. The products must be kept out of the reach of minors. So-called “edible” products cannot be consumed as food or ingested on a massive scale.
Most of the products on the site www.lovelysins.com relate to adult sexuality. An identity document may be required upon delivery to prove that the purchaser has reached the age of legal majority (18 years). If the latter cannot prove it, the carrier has the right to refuse delivery.
