How to maintain a sex toy?

Sex Toys FAQs

With our selection of 100% healthy and body-safe materials , you can rest assured that the hygienic risk is minimal. But in order to be clear, a sex toy, regardless of its material, must be maintained in the following way:

Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Please note, some are 100% waterproof and others are only splash-proof.
Soap the entire submersible surface of the toy with a body soap, ideally with a neutral pH.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Spray a broad-spectrum disinfectant spray specific for sex toys like ToyCleaner. Exclusively favor chlorhexidine-based disinfectants.
Leave on for at least 2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Leave to dry on a clean surface or blot with a microfiber cloth preferably, as silicone can capture some classic textile fibers and maintain a fluffy appearance.
Never use alcohol, Dettol, or other aseptic formulas, as most agents can be harsh on the silicone and damage it.
