Are TENGA AIR-TECH models reusable?

Yes ! If you take care of your accessory (washing and storing according to our instructions), you will be able to use products from the TENGA Air-Tech range around fifty times.
Reuse rate may vary depending on intensity of use, maintenance and storage conditions.

Are the TENGA Air-Tech electronic?

No. The accessory is used manually.

How to wash Air-Tech products?

We recommend that you follow the procedure below:
1) Take the sheath out of its case.
2) Turn it inside out and rinse it under running water. If you use soap, use a pH neutral or mild soap so as not to damage the material.
3) Then dry it with a towel.
4) Return the sheath to its original position to finish wiping it. If you leave it upside down (2), the material may deform and become unusable.
5) Replace the sheath in its case.

What are the differences between the TENGA Air-Tech white, red, black and silver models?

Due to their internal structure and the robustness of the material used, the white, red and black models differ in intensity. The silver ULTRA model is 1.2 times wider than the others... White - GENTLE - Very soft internal structure for voluptuous sensations. Red - REGULAR - Similar to our CUP Red model, for classic stimulation. Black - STRONG - Firmest material of the three and pronounced internal relief for powerful sensations. Silver - ULTRA - Supplied with case and internal gel, 1.2 times wider than its brothers, the Ultra model also has a marked internal relief for intense stimulation.

Which lubricant to use with TENGA Air-Tech?

Air-Tech products all come with a sample of our HOLE LOTION Real lubricant. We recommend that you use HOLE LOTION from the TENGA brand for subsequent uses. Please note that while the material (TPE) is deemed compatible with any other water-based lubricant, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by third party lubricants.

What is the difference between the TENGA CUP and TENGA Air-Tech ranges?

Air-Tech is, in a way, the second generation of CUP. Air-Tech products are reusable and offer a stronger suction sensation and a new air cushion system.
Does this mean that the Air-Tech range is better than the CUP range?


Not exactly. The fact that a product is reusable is a definite practical advantage, but the hygiene of a single-use product is not negligible. In addition, CUPs are available in numerous models which each offer different characteristics: malleable case, double insertion, etc. Discover them all here! Plus, they're cheaper!

I can't penetrate my Air-Tech, what should I do?

Check that you have removed the label that closes the air inlet on the top of the masturbator. Your member, the insertion point and the sheath itself should be sufficiently lubricated.
What is the air inlet for?
This air inlet lets the air out during penetration, but also allows, once your member inside, to vary the pressure by blocking it with your finger... for thrilling sucking sensations!

There is a split on the insertion pad, is this normal?

Yes. Since the inside of your CUP is waterproof, we have provided this small slot on the insertion pad so that it can let air through during penetration.

FAQs Sextoys

Avec notre sélection de matériaux 100% sains et sûrs pour le corps, vous pouvez être assuré·e que le risque hygiénique est minime. Mais afin d'en avoir le cœur net, un sextoy, peu importe son matériau, doit être entretenu de la manière suivante :

  1. Rincer abondamment à l'eau tiède. Attention, certains sont 100% étanches et d'autres résistent uniquement aux éclaboussures.
  2. Savonner toute la surface immergeable du jouet avec un savon pour le corps, idéalement à pH neutre.
  3. Rincer abondamment à l'eau tiède.
  4. Vaporiser un spray désinfectant à large spectre spécifique pour les sextoys comme le ToyCleaner. Favoriser exclusivement les désinfectants à base de Chlorhexidine.
  5. Laisser agir au moins 2 minutes et puis rincer abondamment à l'eau tiède.
  6. Laisser sécher sur une surface propre ou éponger à l'aide d'un textile en microfibres de préférence, car le silicone peut capturer certaines fibres textiles classiques et garder un aspect pelucheux.
  7. N'employez jamais d'alcool, de Dettol, ou autres formules d'asepsie, car la plupart des agents peuvent être mordants pour le silicone et le détériorer.

Les caractéristiques d'étanchéité sont toujours reprises dans la description. Merci de vous y reporter. En gros, il existe 3 grands standards:

  1. Non étanche, dans le cas d'un appareil qui fonctionnerait par exemple directement sur secteur, comme certaines Wands.
  2. Résistant aux éclaboussures, ou Splashproof en anglais : ces sextoys pourront le cas échéant être rincés ou utilisés sous la douche, mais jamais dans le bain.
  3. Parfaitement étanche avec la norme IPX7 qui permet à l'appareil de résister à l'eau jusqu'à 1 mètre de profondeur. Il est donc parfaitement immergeable et peut être utilisé dans le bain.

Les précautions d'usage sont applicables en fonction du type de batterie. Les plus courantes sont des batteries Lithium-Ion et voici les recommandations habituelles :

1- Veilller à ne jamais employer des chargeurs autres que ceux fournis par le fabricant.
