How to use vaginal dilators?

• It is recommended to start with the smallest and smallest and then gradually increase the size of the dilator.
• Lie on your back with your legs bent with your feet flat on the mattress and your thighs slightly apart in a comfortable position.
• Apply a generous dose of lubricant around the vestibule of the vagina, then generously onto the dilator.

• Then you can do a small series of muscular contractions to become aware of the muscles surrounding the vaginal canal. Remember, it's your pelvic floor muscles that will help you with this. • Once the series of contractions are finished, you can do a series of 20 back and forth movements with the dilator. Do not remove it completely. The range of movement is dictated by your comfort.
• You can repeat these same steps with the next dilator.
• During the first phases of use, it is recommended to do the exercises every day, twice a day (morning and evening) for 6 weeks.
• Then, you can move to every other day for 6 months.
• After 6 months, just once a week morning and evening is enough.
